You can join from anywhere in Australia! We provide cover Australia-wide. We endeavour to provide in-person support where practicable, however, if we are unable to provide that we will be able to assist you with your issues via video conference, phone call, and formal expert correspondence.
The IWUA Inc is an industrial association which is an incorporated association in Victoria with a company limited by guarantee arm. We coordinate services and protection for members within the Red Union Network. Read more about our structure here and how the Red Union Network got setup here. We pride ourselves on being run by and for workers, not union officials, bureaucrats, or career politicians, and will never donate any of your money to politicians or their parties.

IWUA Inc's expert industrial officers and our external network of legal practitioners are considered to be some of Australia's best, backed by a network of reliable law firms, such as our in-house and affiliated NPAA LAW, and funding from the Red Union Group. RUSH will pay for a lawyer, where it's beyond our industrial officers, to ensure you're covered for workplace issues.
We guarantee strong advocacy on workplace policy, procedures and system changes. Under Federal Law, you are entitled to appoint one of our IWUA Inc representatives to the bargaining table to negotiate your Enterprise Agreement.

Subscription Fees

Yes, your tax invoice/statement is emailed following each payment and can be downloaded from the billing portal in your member dashboard.
Resignations can be made on our dashboard, but if you have any difficulty, you can contact the hotline and they will help direct your resignation and cancellation.

We pride ourselves on being able to provide quality member-to-member dispute representation, a membership perk often not found with our competitors. We provide both parties to a dispute with quality representation. If necessary, we also refer matters to third-party legal representatives to ensure the privacy of each member is protected.
